Connect Your Domains, Calendars, Accounts, and More

We understand that there are a lot of moving parts to setting up your Market Mako account, and we're here to help.
1. How to connect a branded domain
You can connect your branded domain by visiting your Account Settings > Business Profile > Branded Domain. After entering your domain or subdomain you will be required to verify your DNS records with your provider. This can be done manually if your domain wasn't purchased through Market Mako. Note: Ensure your domain is active and DNS settings are correct to avoid delays. Contact support if you encounter issues.

2. How to connect an external calendar like Google or Outlook
You can connect an external calendar by visiting Calendars > Calendar Settings > Connections > + Add New. This will walk you through the available syncing options to connect your internal Market Mako calendar(s) with your external calendars like Google or Outlook. You can also connect video-conferencing services here which can be added to meetings and events.
